When you submit a contact or quote request, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, company, email address, phone number, requested service, project location, workforce information, timing, and message.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to review your request, contact you, prepare a proposed scope or quote, and maintain normal business records related to prospective or active client work. Website requests are stored in our internal CommandLedger business system for follow-up.
Sharing and selling
Stokes Safety & Compliance does not sell website inquiry information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate business systems, communicate with you, or perform an agreed service, subject to applicable obligations and controls.
Website analytics
At this time, the website does not use advertising cookies or public marketing trackers. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice should be updated to describe them.
File uploads
Anonymous public file uploads are not currently accepted. If documents are needed, Stokes Safety & Compliance will arrange an appropriate transfer method after initial contact.
Security and retention
Website submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We retain business inquiry information for a reasonable period based on operational, contractual, recordkeeping, and legal needs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
